What makes her stand out is her responsiveness, she was always there for us and made things happen. Given our constraints, finding a house in a market that favors the seller almost felt like a lost cause. Angela was really beyond what we expected. She was extremely responsive and very attentive to our needs. We spent a day viewing homes of our choice from listing she provided and was disappointed by the choices we made.. Angela paid attention to everything we liked and disliked and literally found our dream home.. we didn’t even find it, SHE DID.. it was the last home on the second day that she made possible to view at the last minute and I think she honestly took details from every home we saw prior and magically placed it in this one home. For me and my husband, getting approved and finding our perfect home in our budget was very important and we weren't getting anywhere with our previous Realtor. When we met Angela, she told us everything we needed to know before buying a home, she made sure we had priority access to the houses of our interest so that we can beat out the other buyers and avoid bidding on the house. We are very happy to have met Angela because she made the whole process hassle free. A very positive experience!
Angela found us our first home 3 years ago and in April this year, helped us sell the house with the least amount of hassle amidst a pandemic. Even though she is not based in the same area as we are, we made it a point to reach out to her. We had full confidence in Angela. She is responsive, transparent, and throughout the whole process made us comfortable that she was on top of things. We had some unexpected delays that required schedules to be moved at the last minute - Angela was calm, flexible, and made it happen. If anyone needs a realtor, she is who you want to work with.
